With over 28 years’ experience in corporate real estate and tenant advocacy, David Chalmers consistently develops strategies that align with clients’ business plans and corporate objectives. Throughout his career, he has both delivered consulting services to clients and occupied senior management roles. Responsibilities have included strategic portfolio reviews, compliance assessments, preparation and evaluation of complex accommodation proposals, feasibility analysis and the implementation of strategic plans. Prior to forming PD Corp RE in mid-2016, David was Joint Managing Director of Property Dynamics Independent Property Advisers and was the driver behind the growth of that firm’s Property Consulting services practice since 2003.
John Clarke’s expertise draws upon a long and successful career with some of Melbourne’s major Commercial Real Estate Agencies, including Jones Lang Wootton, Colliers International, CB Richard Ellis and Property Dynamics Independent Property Advisers. John has a passion for applying his extensive knowledge of the leasing process for the benefits of tenants through his independent advocacy roles.
